South Wales Communications has a dedicated Project Manager for every new telephone installation.

What does this mean for you?

When you place an order with us we will arrange for our Project Manager to visit you on site to discuss the finer aspects of your system specification. This ensures that your system is installed with the minimum of disruption to your business. Your Project Manager will be with you every step of the installation, right through to the commissioning and staff training.

If for instance you are refurbishing an office, we will liaise with all third parties. i.e. network service providers, I.T. consultants, electricians and contractors to make sure everything progresses as smoothly as possible and that all deadlines are met.
